SiS AM500 is the world’s first water-based, durable non-toxic, relatively safe, non-flammable, odorless and colorless that is easy to apply and incorporate on many textile surfaces. SiS AM 500 is an effective aqueous antimicrobial that can produce a durable microbiostatic coating on a broad range of textiles.

加工方法APPLICATION PROCESS:

本品可使用染色法、定型法、喷雾法(用于地毯等产品)处理织物。为达到满意的抗菌、防霉效果,必须根据不同的加工方法、使用机器而仔细计算对织物、纤维的药剂使用量。

 

染色法

1. 在染缸内注入常温去离子水。注入量按照正常浴比即可。

2. 用醋酸或柠檬酸调整酸碱值至5左右。最好使用冰醋酸。按照布料重量的5% 称取抗菌剂, 加入染缸, 搅拌均匀。溶液的PH值大于7的话, 会降低抗菌剂与织物的结合牢固度, 同时会使织物变黄。

3. 将布料加入染缸,可以是干布,也可以是固色完成并漂洗好的湿布。

4. 运行染缸,并按照1-2摄氏度每分钟的速度升温,对于棉布, 升温至55摄氏度, 对于化纤, 升温至65摄氏度。 然后保温30-40分钟, 然后,排放掉剩余液体即可,无需漂洗。甩干脱水不会影响抗菌效果。

5. 将布料正常烘干即可。为达到最好的药剂与织物结合,织物必须完全烘干,烘干机的温度设置在100-210°C之间为宜。也可使用定型机定型烘干, 按照正常设置的温度烘干即可。

 BY EXHAUSTION

1. Fabric should be dyed as usual, post scoured and neutralized. Alkalinity may prohibit SiS AM 500 from attaching to fabric. pH of fabric should be less than 6.0 to aid exhaustion.

2. Set temperature at 110-120°F(43-49°C)。

3. Make up solution of SiS AM 500 in head tank or side tank of jet (1-2% SiS AM 500 solution and the amount of SiS AM 500 will be 4% on the weight of the goods). Acetic acid or citric may be used to adjust pH if necessary.

4. Weight carefully and accurately into warm water (80-90°F), blend for 10 minutes to assure SiS AM 500 is adequately dispersed in water.

5. Inject solution of water and SiS AM 500 into jet. Hold temperature at 110-120°F for fifteen to twenty minutes to provide adequate time for equilibrium.

6. At end of cycle time, drop water. No rinsing is required. Dry fabric according to conventional methods.

7. NOTE: SiS AM 500 can be exhausted on in the softener bath.  CHECK COMPATIBILITY OF ALL SOFTENERS WITH SiS AM 500 PRIOR TO TRYING THIS.

 

定型法

1. 测量布料在定型机上的带液率,即一块干布,吸饱水后,经过定型机滚轮将多余的水压出后,残留在部上面的水分占干布重量的百分比。

2. 根据带液率,计算出应该配置的抗菌剂溶液的浓度,计算公式是:抗菌剂浓度=(添加比例/带液率)*100%。

3. 配置抗菌剂溶液,先将水注入到混料缸内,并用冰醋酸调节水的PH为5-7之间, 然后加入抗菌剂, 混合均匀。溶液的PH值大于7的话, 会降低抗菌剂与织物的结合牢固度, 同时会使织物变黄。

5. 将溶液注入定型槽内,让织物穿过溶液。

6. 将织物正常烘干即可。为达到最好的药剂与织物结合,织物必须完全烘干。

BY PADDING

1. Fabric should be previously scoured and / or dyed and neutralized. Alkalinity may prohibit SiS AM 500 from attaching to fabric. pH of fabric should be less than 6.0 to aid pick up.

2. Determin an accurate wet pick up. It is preferable that fabric be padded wet on dry. However, if wet on wet finishing is necessary, it is imperative than an accurate exchange rate be calculated to effect enough SiS AM 500 to fabric.

3. Make up solution of SiS AM 500 in head tank or side tank of jet (1-2% SiS AM 500 solution and the amount of SiS AM 500 will be 4% on the weight of the goods). Calculate amount needed adjusting for wet pick up of fabric being padded. If vacuuming is used, make adjustment for this also.

4. Weight carefully and accurately into warm water (80-90°F), blend for 10 minutes to assure SiS AM 500 is adequately dispersed in water.

5. Drop solution to pad and run fabric through pad.

6. Check a wet pick up during run to assure SiS AM 500 is being affected to fabric.

7. NOTE: SiS AM 500 can be padded on in the softener bath.  CHECK COMPATIBILITY OF ALL SOFTENERS WITH SiS AM 500 PRIOR TO TRYING THIS.

8. Fabric can be dried according to conventional methods.

 

检测AM500在织物上的附着

要检验AM500在织物上的附着状况,可通过以下两种方法:

1. 溴酚蓝:蓝色指示剂可以指示AM500在织物上的存在,若无AM500的存在,织物的颜色不会改变。

2. 四级铵盐测试带QT-10:可检测四级铵盐的存在,判别加工是否有效;如同使用pH试纸那样检测残余浴液中药剂的残留量。

 

如何防止织物黄变

要防止织物黄变,则必须控制好浴液酸碱值。碱性会降低AM500对织物的结合牢固度。应将酸碱值调整到4.5-5.5以帮助药剂对织物的附着。常用醋酸,柠檬酸来调整酸碱值。

织物在处理前必须清洗干净,不可有任何杂质和其它处理残留的杂质。

TO PREVENT YELLOW COLOR IN FABRICS WHEN SiS AM 500 IS USED

To prevent the discoloration or yellowish of fabrics in the textile industry, it is necessary to control the pH of the bath. Alkalinity may prohibit SiS AM 500 from attaching to fabric. pH of fabric should be less than 5.5 to aid exhaustion. Different acids solution can be used for this process. The most common used are:

 

l Acetic Acid

l Citric Acid

 

环境保护

通过吸尽或轧吸法等加工,80-95%的AM500药剂将被织物完全吸附并通过分子级引力与织物牢牢结合。因而加工结束时,残留在浴液中的药剂含量已非常低(低于LD500)。 残液直接排污不会影响污水管,若进入污水净化系统也不会影响用于净化水质的植物群。

 

若本品泄露或倒入排污水管,可以用等量的阴离子表面活性剂或溶剂中和AM500成份。请参考本产品MSDS数据。

 

AM500的有效成分经美国环保署EPA认证,并列入欧洲EINECS-CAS。

 

安全储存与操作:

AM500不燃,无毒无腐蚀。包装规格25公斤/塑料桶。在保持未开封的原包装情况下,最少可以保存12个月。操作时建议穿戴橡胶手套和眼镜或面罩。虽然AM500按正确方法使用时并无任何危害,仍应避免皮肤长期与未稀释产品直接接触,若溅落在皮肤表面应用清水冲洗干净。请参照AM500的安全数据MSDS。

 

STORAGE AND HANDLING:

SiS AM500 is non-flammable and when stored in original, unopenned containers has a minimum shelf life of 12 months. Rubber gloves and goggles or a face shield are recommended when handling the product.
